Here is the Ladder, Schedule and Best Bet for Round 20 of Australian Rules Football.
LADDER
1: Hawthorn
2: Sydney
3: Collingwood
4: Adelaide
5: Geelong
6: North Melbourne
7: Fremantle
8: St Kilda
9: West Coast
10: Essendon
11: Carlton
12: Richmond
13: Brisbane
14: Western Bulldogs
15: Melbourne
16: Port Adelaide
17: Gold Coast
18: Greater Western Sydney
SCHEDULE
Melbourne at St. Kilda (St. Kilda is favored by 46 points.)
Fremantle at Adelaide (Offense vs. defense in this matchup.)
GWS at Gold Coast (The two recent expansion teams play to avoid the Wooden Spoon, which goes to the team that finishes last. GWS won earlier at home.)
Collingwood at Sydney (Two of the best teams in the league. Collingwood has won the last 10 meetings. Dane Swan of Collingwood will sit out due to not following team rules. Ironically, he will miss the game against the Sydney Swans. Sydney is favored by 11.5.)
Brisbane at Carlton (The home team is favored by 29.5 points. Carlton has underachieved this year.)
Port Adelaide at Hawthorn (Hawthorn is favored by 72 points. Hawthorn lost last week so they should bounce back at home and could easily win by 100.)
Western Bulldogs at Richmond (WB is an underdog of 34.5 points.)
North Melbourne at Essendon (Should be a high scoring affair with the o/u at 208.5)
BEST BET
Geelong at West Coast
6:40am Friday (8/10/2012)
pick: Geelong -1.5
*When I first posted this Geelong was +1.5 but have now moved to -1.5
Geelong is 5-1 in the last 6 games and their only loss was to Collingwood. West Coast does have some injuries but the game will be played at Perth so the Eagles should have plenty of fans in attendance. Take Geelong -1.5 in what should be a good game.
